I've had chronic foot pain side of foot for over six months now, and I’m honestly at my wit's end. I’ve already seen a couple of general practitioners who just suggested more rest and stretching, but the moment I resume my normal gym routine, the sharp jabbing returns exactly where it was before. It’s located right behind the little toe and feels very localized to the bone itself. I’m starting to think it might be Cuboid Syndrome or something that a regular doctor just isn't trained to spot easily. I’m researching podiatry centers that have been active for decades because I feel like I need an expert who specializes in complex foot anatomy. Has anyone here had success with advanced treatments for long-term lateral foot discomfort?
