X-RAY CHEST PA VIEW.
Kochs infiltration is seen in LT lung field with shift of mediastinum towards LT side is seen.
Kochs lesion with changes of Fibrosis seen in RT mid zone.
Both apices,
cardiophrenic, costophrenic angles are normal.
The cardiac size is
within normal limit.
Bony thorax and soft tissues
of the chest wall are normal.
IMPRESSION : -Kochs infiltration is seen in LT lung field with shift of mediastinum towards LT side is seen.
Kochs lesion with changes of Fibrosis seen in RT mid zone.
