X-RAY CHEST PA VIEW.
Both cardiophrenic, costophrenic angles and domes of
the diaphragm are normal.
The cardiac size is
within normal limit.
Bony thorax and soft tissues
of the chest wall are normal.
IMPRESSION : - Destructive Kochs lesion seen in RT upper zone with shift of trachea is seen towards RT side suggest RT upper lobe copplase.
