H/O BACK&RT.KNEE PAIN LAST ONE MONTH

X-RAY OF L.S.SPINE (AP AND LAT)
Lumber spine shows
degenerative changes in the form
of osteophytes formation suggest changes
of spondylosis.
Reduction of IV disc space between L4-L5
and L5-S1.
No evidence of
spondylolysis or lysthesis.
No evidence of
wedging of vertebral body is seen.
No evidence of
osteolytic or ostesclerotic lesion is seen .
Both
sacro-ileac joints appear normal.
Pre and para
vertebral soft tissue shadow appears normal.
Radio opaque shadow is seen in pelvis .
X-RAY
OF RIGHT
KNEE JOINT (AP & LAT VIEW)

Right knee joint show reduced
medial compartment joint space
with changes of osteoarthritis.
Patello femoral joint shows changes of osteoarthritis
No e.o fracture or dislocation ..
No evidence of any Loose
body seen .
