X-RAY CHEST PA VIEW.
Evidence of soft tissue opacity with well defined outer margin is seen in LT hilar and perihilar region suggest possibility of Mediastinal mass Lesion ? Lymphnode Mass .
ADV- CT Thorax.
Both apices,
cardiophrenic, costophrenic angles and domes of
the diaphragm are normal.
The cardiac size is
within normal limit.
Trachea is central,
no mediastinal shift is seen .
Bony thorax and soft
tissues of the chest wall are normal.
IMPRESSION : - Evidence of soft tissue opacity with well defined outer margin is seen in LT hilar and perihilar region suggest possibility of Mediastinal mass Lesion
? Lymphnode Mass .
