X-RAY CHEST PA VIEW.

Homogenous opacity seen in LT lung field , obscuring LT costophrenic angle with shift of trachea and mediastinum is seen towards LT side suggest LT lung collapse.

Fibrocalcified kochs lesion seen in RT upper zone.

RT costophrenic angle is clear.

The cardiac size is within normal limit.

Bony thorax and soft tissues of the chest wall are normal.

IMPRESSION : - Homogenous opacity seen in LT lung field , obscuring LT costophrenic angle with shift of trachea and mediastinum is seen towards LT side suggest LT lung collapse.

-Fibrocalcified kochs lesion seen in RT upper zone.
