X-RAY LT ANKLE JOINT AP AND LAT VIEW
The distal ends of the tibia, fibula and visualised tarsal
bones show a normal
anatomic configuration.
Evidence of sclerosis is noted at medial and intermediate cuneiform bone with minimal reduction in tarso-metatarsal joint space.
The bone density is decreased suggest osteoporosis.
Calcaneal spur is noted
No evidence of fracture or dislocation seen.
No lytic/sclerotic lesion seen.
The joint space is normal. The articular margins are smooth
and no subarticulation
abnormality seen.
The alignment of the joint is maintained.
No obvious soft tissue abnormality is seen.
