Shifting of trachea and mediastinum towards the LEFT side .
LEFT cp angle is blunted suggest pleural thickening or effusion .
bulla is seen at left upper zone .
Fibrocalcified areas are seen at right upper zone .
right costo-phrenic angle appear normal.
Bony thoracic cage appears normal.
