Homogenous opacity seen in LT mid and lower zone with air fluid level possibility of Hydropneumothorax on LT side.
Fibrotic lesion seen in RT upper zone.
RT costophrenic angle is clear.
The cardiac size is
within normal limit.
Mediatinum is shifted towards LT side.
Bony thorax and soft
tissues of the chest wall are normal.
IMPRESSION : - Homogenous opacity seen in LT mid and lower zone with air fluid level possibility of Hydropneumothorax on LT side.
-Fibrotic lesion seen in RT upper zone.
-Mediatinum is shifted towards LT side.
