infiltration is seen at bilateral mid and lower zone with bulla formation in
bilateral upper zone.
A suspicious
thin walled cavitatory lesion with air fluid level is seen at right lower zone.
Left
costo phrenic angle is blunted suggest minimal LT sided pleural effusion.
Right costo-phrenic angle appears normal.
No evidence of hilar or mediastinal lymph adenopathy.
Heart size appears normal.
Bony thoracic cage appears normal.
